How to

1. Go to http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-video-11212051-old-scroll.php and download the full resolution source (HD720 1280×720 px @ 30 fps)
2. Download free After Effects project from here
   Note: you should have Adobe After Effects CS4 version (or greater)
3. Unzip the project and open it in After Effects
   
   You can find Camera1 in the scene with animation keys. The keys was imported from the 3d application where the scroll was created. Thus you can put your own objects into the scene and they will have a correct perspective. You can link your objects to Null1 which has coordinates of the table/background
4. Replace the file scroll_comp.mp4 in the project with the file downloaded from iStock. Right-click on the file name in Project window and choose Replace footage>File
   
5. You can put your own content in content composition
   In background composition place your own background
6. There is a Null1 object in the scroll composition. It has coordinates of the “table”. You can link your own 3d-layers to this dummy object.
   
7. Note that the content layer in scroll composition has color burn blending mode. Of course, you can change it.
